New Windows and Doors UPDATE!

NEW WNDOWS with no grids

The transformation of our home with newly painted doors is nothing short of remarkable. The fresh white paint accentuates the sleek lines of the frames, creating a seamless blend of simplicity and sophistication.

This change not only enhances the visual appeal but also allows more natural light to flood the interior, making every room feel open, airy, and inviting.

I love the front doors we chose, and the glass is called Flemish. The railing lights shine through front door cascading a gorgeous pattern on our walls.

The Great Room

One of the most striking benefits of the new windows and doors is how it frames the stunning views of the lake. By removing the grids in the windows and opting for a clean, modern design, the entire aesthetic of our living space has been elevated.

Great Room Grid Removal

With the grids removed, the windows now provide expansive, uninterrupted vistas that draw the eye outward.

The beauty of the water and the surrounding landscape feels closer than ever, transforming the windows into living art pieces that change with the seasons. Whether it’s the shimmering reflections of the sun on the water or the gentle ripples of a passing breeze, the view is now a constant source of inspiration and tranquility.

The doors, also painted in crisp white, add a touch of elegance and harmony to the overall design. They perfectly complement the windows, creating a look that ties the exterior and interior together. The white finish not only brightens the spaces but also reflects light, enhancing the sense of openness throughout the home.

Overall, the decision to update the windows and doors has completely redefined our home. The combination of fresh paint and gridless frames has maximized light and amplified our connection to the outdoors.

It’s amazing how such a relatively simple change can have such a profound impact, turning our home into a brighter, more inviting sanctuary that celebrates the beauty of its lakeside setting. See additional before pictures here.

We used The Liquidators Company in Dawsonville for all of the new doors and windows. I am currently shopping for window tinting options to update the windows where I removed the grids.
